About the Event
You will have the opportunity to learn how to make your own natural candle at home, led through online instruction by me, among a group of cool people. You can will infuse your natural soy wax candle with essential oils, if desired.
This is a social, fun event for those looking to try something new or do it again, but experience it together during this time.
No experience necessary.
Options in Detail:
1. Receive a personally packaged candle-making kit sent to your home that includes:
- 1-7oz glass bottle and top
- 14 oz natural white soy wax
- 1 candle label
- 1 cotton wick
- 1 wick holder
- 1-2ml vial of essential oils (from available choices).
*You will need 1 double boiler or saucepan and glass bowl that fits on top, see homemade double boiler example here, a small spatula and tap water.
*Registration required by July 24th, so that the kit can be personally boxed and sent to you in the mail in time for class.
*This is available for the first 24 participants that register and pay.
KIT + ONLINE CLASS = $25
2. If you have your own candle making materials or you would like to purchase your own, then you can pay for just the class.
ONLINE CLASS ONLY = $10
- After you register, payment instructions will be emailed to you.
- Payment must be made via Venmo (Zelle by request only) within 24 hrs of registering to hold your spot in class.
- No refunds available, but you can transfer the class to someone else if needed.
- Class will be held on Zoom platform. Details and password will be sent on the day of the event for paid participants only.
