It makes me so sad when people say healthy food tastes terrible. It doesn't have to! I love to eat, and I really love to eat healthy food. This doesn't mean I don't enjoy brownies or chips and me, I do. But there is so much joy and flavor in healthy foods as well.
The best things to eat are minimally processed, fresh, whole foods that fit into your budget and your lifestyle. I want to help you figure out what foods best nourish your body. If you have an allergy or want to lose weight healthfully, I can help tailor a program for you.
