Vinyasa Yoga - Level 1/Level 2

An intense practice that is designed to flow from one pose to the next. It’s fluidity coordinates movement with your breath, and involves strength, stability and flexibility. This style makes you sweat and rejuvenates your mind and body. The first session includes an overall health assessment as well as a basic yoga practice so I can see where your body is today. This way I give you the best tailored sessions that meet your personal needs.

$45.00 for 60 minute in-home/office session

Hatha Yoga - Level 1/Level 2

You can expect this practice to be slower, with more in-depth poses that are held longer with deeper breathing. You’ll feel longer and more relaxed after this session. This is also a good choice for new yoga students to learn proper alignment and basic poses. The first session includes an overall health assessment as well as a basic yoga practice so I can see where your body is today. This way I give you the best tailored sessions that meet your personal needs.

Initial Nutrition Consult

Hiring a health professional is personal and so we should meet first. This is a nonjudgmental, open and honest conversation where we find out if we will work well together. In order to help you reach your goals, I need to evaluate where you are now. If our values blend and you like what I can offer you, then we’ll talk about the individualized program that works for you and the commitment you would need to make. Nutrition Follow Up Consultation

I provide one-on-one nutrition consulting that can range from helping you navigate dietary restrictions/allergies, healthy eating modifications, clean eating, basic cooking sessions, and more. This is personally tailored to suit your nutritional needs. After your free initial consult, we will then do a full assessment and continue with follow-ups for the length of time that fits your goals.

Workshop For Women:  Strut and Stretch

2-3:00pm Hell on Heels Fitness: 

Come Exercise your confidence in this all levels, fitness based, dance class. You will learn everything from how to walk effortlessly, painlessly, and confidently; to a fun, sexy, easy to follow dance routine all done in your favorite pair of heels.

No prior dance or heel wearing experience is necessary.

 

3-4:00pm Flow Yoga:

Breathe, release and relax in this all levels flow yoga class.  Unleash your inner strength and confidence while moving through a series of stretches. Please bring your own mat. 

 

4-4:30pm Networking, Complimentary Cocktails
