Appointments need to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or the full amount for the session will be charged.

• No extensions on packages

• Payment required at booking

• Same-day scheduling is offered only if appointment is available and travel time is sufficient.

• I travel to your home or office with all equipment needed (except if studio/equipment in building gym)

• No equipment needed for yoga sessions, exercise sessions would need have access to gym (building/membership)

• Private sessions are for one person only.

• Manhattan area served.
